What working at Revin looks like

Revin builds and runs software for companies in Brazil and abroad through managed squads. You join a small senior team embedded in a client's product, with a tech lead who owns delivery alongside you. The work is remote, the rituals actually happen (planning, review, and a retro that changes something) and code reaches production in small, reviewed increments.

The projects change from one squad to the next. Some recent ones: a PIX payments and receipts flow for a healthcare company, a multi-level sales platform for a supplement brand that pays influencers, and legacy systems that need to keep running while they get rewritten piece by piece. You will rarely start from a blank repository, and that is usually where the interesting problems are.

We hire few people, and slowly, on purpose. Most roles ask for a few years of experience with systems running in production. Open the role that fits you and apply from there.
