Pilot Sprint.

Two weeks. A real backlog item shipped to production. Validate the squad before committing to 3 months.

How the pilot runs.

Discovery to deployed code in 14 days.

  1. Days 1-2: Discovery and scoping

We pick a real backlog item with you. A bug fix sprint, an API integration, a feature prototype, a refactor. Something that ships value.

  2. Days 3-4: Squad onboarding

2 to 3 senior engineers picked for your stack. Slack access, repo access, codebase walkthrough.

  3. Days 5-12: Execution

Daily standups, active development, code review, regular progress updates. You see how we work in real time.

  4. Days 13-14: Ship and retro

We deploy, run QA, hand over docs, and run a retro. You decide if you want a full squad engagement.

What's included.

Everything you'd get in a full engagement, compressed into 2 weeks.

  • 2 to 3 senior engineers picked for your stack
  • Real production deliverable from your backlog
  • Daily standups in your Slack
  • Code reviews against your existing standards
  • Sprint planning and progress tracking in your tools
  • End-of-sprint retro with concrete recommendations
  • If you continue, the pilot fee is credited toward the first month

Pilot pricing.

Fixed fee scoped before kickoff. Same pricing logic as the squad model. If you continue with a full engagement, the pilot fee is credited toward your first month.

Why we offer this.

Hiring an engineering team is a real commitment. We'd rather show you how we work than tell you. If the pilot doesn't go well, you walk away with a working deliverable and no long-term contract.

Pilot first, then commit.

Two weeks. Real code. Honest fit assessment.
